    Abstract

    ABSTRAK
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas kehidupan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja guru, serta pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei eksplanasi (explanatory survey). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala 5 model rating scale. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Bina Wisata Lembang, sebanyak 50 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas kehidupan kerja berada pada kategori sedang (2) komitmen organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi (3) Kinerja guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.

    ABSTRACT
    The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of work life, organizational commitment, teacher performance, and the influence of quality of work life and organizational commitment on teacher performance. The research method uses explanatory surveys (explanatory survey). The technique of collecting data using a 5-scale scale questionnaire rating scale. Respondents of this study were teachers of Lembang Bina Wisata Vocational School, as many as 50 teachers. Data analysis techniques use regression. The results showed that: (1) the quality of work life was in the moderate category (2) organizational commitment was in the high category (3) teacher performance was in the very high category (4) there was a positive and significant influence on quality of work life and organizational commitment on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, teacher performance can be improved through improving the quality of work life and organizational commitment.
