Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi pentingnya meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik agar mampu memahami emosi, kekuatan dan kelemahan diri sehingga dapat mengembangkan setiap potensi yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan profil kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik dan impikasinya terhadap layanan bimbingan kelompok kelas VII SMP Negeri 44 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2019/2019. Penelitian menunjukkan: (1) gambaran umum kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik berada pada kategori rendah; (2) rumusan program bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik role playing berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik yang telah diperoleh. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pihak sekolah dan guru bimbingan dan konseling agar mengimplemeentasikan program bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik role playing yang telah dirumuskan. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Intrapersonal, Peserta didik, Teknik Role Playing The research is motivated by the importance of improving stundet’s intrapersonal intelligence in order to to able to understand emotions, strengths and weaknesses so that they can develop every potential they have. The aims of the study was to describe the profile of student’s intrapersonal intelligence and their implications for group counseling services at SMPN 44 Bandung Academic Year 2018/2019. The approach used is a quantitative approach through descriptive methods. The research sample was class VII students of SMPN 44 Bandung Academic Year 2018/2019. Research shows: (1) general descriptions of intrapersonal intelligence of students in the low category; (2) the formulation of a group guidance through role playing techniques program based on the result of research of a student’s intrapersonal intelligence that have been obtained. Recommendations are given to the school and guidance and counseling teachers to implement the group guidance program that has been formulated.
