Abstract
The problem that has become a study in this research was the low student achievement. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there was an effect of learning readiness and learning style on learning achievement of students at class X in the subject of Automation Skill and Office Management Program at National Vocational High School Bandung. This study used the explanation survey method. The type of research in this study was quantitative. The overall population of this research was the students of X grade in the Automation Skill and Office Management Program. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, the information was obtained that the students' perception of learning readiness was in the high category, the students' perception of students' learning was in the effective category and the students' perception of learning achievement was in a moderate category. Hypothesis testing showed that the readiness of students' learning had a significant positive effect on learning achievement at National Vocational School Bandung.
