Abstract

Ika Karlina (1502936). Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Kewirausahaan Siswa SD Melalui Koperasi Sekolah (Studi Kasus Di SDN 4 Ciharashas, Kabupaten Bandung Barat) Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu menjelaskan kebijakan yang diimplementasikan di sekolah, dan mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan melalui koperasi siswa. Metode studi kasus digunakan dengan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah atau yang mewakilinya, pengurus koperasi sekolah serta guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Metode Miles & Huberman digunakan untuk tahapan analisis data, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pada bagian validitas data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi data untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam menginterpretasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa realisasi penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang diintegraskan melalui pembelajaran di kelas dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebijakan sekolah, sedangkan internalisasi penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan di kperasi siswa berjalan dengan baik meskipun belum mencapai target keberhasilan. Selain itu, kebijakan yang diimplementasikan oleh kepala sekolah menekankan pada aspek pengembangan dan sarana dan prasarana. Dengan demikian, koperasi siswa sebagai wahana internalisasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan bagi peserta didik cukup dibilang berhasil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, kesimpulannya adalah kebijakan sekolah yang diimplementasikan di sekolah menekankan komitmen dan pengembangan guru dan pengurus koperasi serta sarana dan prasarana, dan terdapat dampak nyata peran serta peserta didik di koperasi siswa dapat menjadi wahana penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan. The Cultivation of Entrepreneurship Values of Elementary Students Through School Cooperatives (Case Study in 4 Ciharashas Elementary School, West Java). This research has two objectives, , explaining the policies implemented in schools, and describing the internalization of entrepreneurial values through student cooperatives. The case study method is used with the research subject of the principal or representative, the school cooperative management as well as the teacher and students. Data collection techniques carried out were interviews, observation, and document analysis. The Miles & Huberman method is used for the stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In the data validity section, researchers used data triangulation to minimize errors in interpreting data. The results of this study state that the realization of entrepreneurial values integrated through classroom learning is carried out in accordance with school policies, while the internalization of the cultivation of entrepreneurial values in student work goes well even though it has not achieved the target of success. In addition, the policies implemented by the principal emphasize the aspects of development and facilities and infrastructure. Thus, cooperative students as a vehicle for internalizing entrepreneurial values for students is fairly successful. Based on the results of the study, school policies implemented in schools emphasize the commitment and development of cooperative teachers, and administrators as well as facilities and infrastructure, and there is a real impact of student participation in cooperative students can be a vehicle planting entrepreneurial values.
