Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal suku Baduy dan menguji efektivitas bahan ajar tersebut dalam meningkatkan literasi lingkungan dan keterampilan komunikasi sains. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE). Tahap analysis yaitu mengidentifikasi kearifan lokal suku Baduy dan menganalisis kompetensi dasar SMA. Tahap design yaitu menyusun bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal suku Baduy berdasarkan unsur mikro, unsur makro, layout bahan ajar dan internalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal suku Baduy. Tahap Development dilakukan untuk menguji kelayakan bahan ajar dan mendapatkan masukan dari dosen ahli dan guru biologi. Tahap Implementation yaitu menerapkan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal suku Baduy untuk melihat efektivitas bahan ajar dalam meningkatkan literasi lingkungan dan keterampilan komunikasi sains. Penerapan bahan ajar dilakukan pada kelas X dengan random sampling dan menggunakan desain pretest-postest non-equivalent control group design. Tahap evaluation yaitu mengevaluasi keseluruhan bahan untuk mendapatkan bahan ajar yang baik. Hasil implementation menunjukkan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal suku Baduy efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi lingkungan pada domain afektif dan keterampilan komunikasi sains. Peserta didik juga memberikan respon positif terhadap bahan ajar yang telah disusun. The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials based on local wisdom of the Baduy and to test the effectiveness of these teaching materials in increasing environmental literacy and science communication skills. The design of this study uses Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE). The analysis phase is identifying the local wisdom of the Baduy and analyzing the basic competencies of high schools. The design stage is to compose materials based on local wisdom of the Baduy tribe based on micro elements, macro elements, layout of teaching materials and internalization of local wisdom values of the Baduy. The Development Phase is carried out to test the feasibility of teaching materials and get input from expert lecturers and biology teachers. The Implementation Phase is to apply teaching materials based on local wisdom of the Baduy to see the effectiveness of teaching materials in improving environmental literacy and science communication skills. The application of teaching materials is carried out in class X with random sampling and uses a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Evaluation stage is evaluating the entire material to get good teaching materials. The implementation results show that Baduy tribe based local wisdom teaching material is effective to improve environmental literacy in the affective domain and science communication skills. Students also give a positive response to the teaching materials that have been prepared.
