PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA MENGAJAR GURU PRODUKTIF SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI DI KABUPATEN SUMEDANG

    Abstract

    Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data empirik serta menguji kebermaknaan tentang besaran pengaruh yang diberikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja mengajar guru produktif SMK di Kabupaten Sumedang. Pedekatan kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Sampel penelitian adalah 116 guru produktif yang dari 7 SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang pada April 2018. Faktor yang diteliti adalah dua faktor yang merupakan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru yaitu supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, dan faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru yakni komitmen kerja. Besarnya pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah bersama-sama dengan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja mengajar guru produktif adalah 38,46%. Sedangkan selebihnya, yaitu sebesar 61,54% adalah pengaruh lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru produktif yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.;--In general, this study aim is to describe and analyze empirical data and examine the significance magnitude of the influence given by the principal's academic supervision and work commitment to the productive teachers performance of state vocational schools in Sumedang. Quantitative approach used in this study using descriptive and inferential statistics. The research sample was 116 productive teachers from 7 State Vocational High Schools in Sumedang in April 2018. The factors examined in this study were two factors which were one of the external factors that influenced teacher performance, namely the academic supervision of the principal, and also one internal factors that affect teacher performance namely work commitment. The amount of influence of the principal's academic supervision variables together with the variable work commitment to the variable productive teacher teaching performance is 38.46%. While the rest, which is equal to 61.54% is another influence that affects the teaching performance of productive teachers who were not examined in this study.
