Abstract
Perusahaan baju Koko AL-Hikmah merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan busana muslim pria yang berlokasi di Tasikmalaya. Perusahaan baju Koko AL-Hikmah memproduksi 100 potong tiap hari dengan berbagai desain. Untuk transaksi penjualanya dilakukan pada 2 hari dalam seminggu dengan penjualan yang dilakukan tidak menentu, sehingga pengiriman dilakukan apabila barang jika stoknya sedikit atau habis. Banyaknya barang yang diproduksi dengan tidak memperhatikan penjualannya yang rendah mengakibatkan perusahaan mengeluarkan biaya penyimpanan yang besar. Kesalahan dalam melakukan produksi menjadi salah satu kerugian yang dapat mempengaruhi keuntungan perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan baju Koko AL-Hikmah tidak memiliki sebuah sistem yang dapat memperkirakan jumlah produksi dan jenis desain yang harus dibuat. Sistem yang dibuat dapat memprediksi ramalan produksi untuk bulan selanjutnya yang menggunakan metode Single Moving Average untuk menghitung data random dan Double Exponential Smoothing untuk menghitung data trend. Dalam melakukan permalan jika nilai kesalahan RMSE semakin kecil maka hasil peramalannya mendekati nilai sebenarnya. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapat bahwa kesalahan terkecil dengan menggunakan metode Single Moving Average adalah 3 dan untuk Double Exponential Smoothing didapat kesalahan terkecil sebesar yaitu 4.;--Koko AL-Hikmah clothing company is a company engaged in the manufacture of men's Muslim clothing located in Tasikmalaya. Koko AL-Hikmah clothing company produces 100 pieces every day with various designs. For the transaction, the transaction is done 2 days a week with the sales made uncertain, so the shipment is carried out if the stock of goods is low or exhausted. The number of items produced without paying attention to their low sales results in the company issuing large storage costs. Errors in production become one of the losses that can affect the company's profits. This is because the clothing company Koko AL-Hikmah does not have a system that can estimate the amount of production and the type of design that must be made. The system can predict production forecast for the next month using the Single Moving Average method to calculate random data and Double Exponential Smoothing to calculate trend data. In the forecasting process, if the RMSE error value gets smaller then the forecasting result is close to the actual value. Based on the calculation, it is found that the smallest error using the Single Moving Average method is 3 and for Double Exponential Smoothing the smallest error is 4.
