Abstract

Perkembangan konstruksi gedung tidak sederhana di Kota Bandung sangat berhubungan erat dengan besarnya sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang diperlukan. Salah satu sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan adalah pekerja lapangan. Keberadaan pekerja lapangan adalah salah satu kunci utama yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Pemberian motivasi terhadap pekerja lapangan diharapkan dapat menambah kepuasan terhadap kebutuhan diri sendiri dan menambah semangat pekerja lapangan secara maksimal. Hal tersebut diharapkan dapan mewujudkan produktivitas proyek yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi pekerja, gambaran produktivitas kerja, motivasi apa saja yang berdampak pada produktivitas, serta motivasi apa yang paling dominan berdampak pada produktivitas kerja. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pekerja lapangan proyek konstruksi gedung tidak sederhana di Kota Bandung. Sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada 45 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kecenderungan, skala faktor dan metode Analisis Hierarki Proses. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran motivasi pekerja berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai presentasi sebesar 31,111% sedangkan gambaran produktivitas kerja berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai presentasi sebesar 28,889%. Sedangkan untuk motivasi pekerja berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, terdapat 27 motivasi pekerja yang berdampak terhadap produktivitas kerja. Didapatkan lima motivasi pekerja yang sangat dominan di proyek konstruksi yaitu kemampuan bekerja dalam tim, lamanya waktu proyek, hubungan dengan rekan kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan dukungan keluarga.;--The development of complex construction in Bandung is very closely related to the amount of human resources needed. One of the human resources needed is a fieldworker. The presence of fieldworker is one of the main keys that influence the success in implementing construction projects. Motivation for fieldworker is expected to increase satisfaction with the needs of themselves and increase the enthusiasm of fieldworker to the maximum. This is expected to achieve the desired project productivity. The purpose of this research is to know the description of fieldworker motivation, the description of work productivity, to find out what motivations have an impact on productivity, and what motivations that have the most dominant impact on work productivity. Population of this research is the fieldworkers of building complex construction projects in Bandung. Samples were carried out using the Purposive Sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the tendency test, factor scale and Analysis Hierarchy Process method. The results of data processing showed that the description of employee motivation was in the medium category with a presentation value of 31.111% while the description of work productivity was in the high category with a presentation value of 28.889%. As for the motivation of workers based on the results of calculations, there are 27 motivations of workers that have an impact on work productivity. Five motivations of builders who were very dominant in construction projects, that is the ability to work in teams, the length of project time, relationships with colleagues, experience, and family support.
