Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan kenyataan yang terjadi ketika pertandingan yang terjadi terakhir bahwa Power tungkai anggota klub basket Rancaekek Roosters terbilang masih rendah dan banyak sekali metode yang dapat meningkatkan power tungkai atlet Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya ledak (power) tungkai pada cabang olahraga bola basket melalui metode latihan plyometric squat depth jump dan knee tuck jump. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang populasinya adalah sampel yang dipilih yang berdasarkan puposive sampling dan akan mengambil sampel berjumlah 12 orang yang kemudian akan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok menggunakan A-B-B-A. Data diambil menggunakan SPSS. Hasil data yang diperoleh kelompok squat depth jump mempunyai rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 3,56 dan kelompok knee tuck mempunyai rata rata peningkatan 1,79 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 <0,05 Yang berarti adanya perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kelompok squat depth jump dan knee tuck jump cabang olahraga bola basket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan latihan plyometric squat depth jump lebih berpengaruh signifikan dibanding latihan knee tuck jump terhadap daya ledak (power) tungkai pada atlet bola basket klub Rancaekek Roosters Hal ini menunjukan bahwa latihan latihan plyometric squat depth jump lebih berpengaruh signifikan dibanding latihan knee tuck jump terhadap daya ledak (power) tungkai pada atlet bola basket klub. ..... This research is based on the fact that happened during the last match that Power limbs of the basketball club Rancaekek Roosters are still low and there are so many methods that can improve the athlete's leg power. plyometric squat depth jump and knee tuck jump exercises. This research is an experimental study whose population is a selected sample based on puposive sampling and will take a sample of 12 people who will then be divided into two groups using A-B-B-A. Data was taken using SPSS. The results of the data obtained by squat depth jump groups have an average increase of 3.56 and the knee tuck group has an average increase of 1.79 with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the difference between squat depth jump and knee tuck jump basketball. The results of this study show that plyometric squat depth jump exercises are significantly more significant than leg tuck jump exercises in basketball athletes at the Rancaekek Roosters club. This shows that plyometric squat depth jump exercises are more significant than knee tuck jump exercises. power of the legs in club basketball athletes.
