Abstract
Jumlah karyawan di My Little Kitcehn Aussie Sateak & Burger mengalami fluktuasi dengan tren menurun, sekalipun pada tahun 2010 cenderung mengalami peningkatan jumlah karyawan namun terjadi penurunan kembali pada tahun 2011. Terjadinya turnover merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dikehendaki oleh perusahaan. Turnover karyawan memang masalah klasik sejak era revolusi industri. Faktor ketidakpuasan mendorong karyawan untuk melakukan turnover. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada bagian Departemen Produk My Little Kitchen Aussie Stak & Burger. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu metode penelitian untuk membuat gambaran mengenai situasi dan kejadian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sample jenuh. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel pada penelitian ini secara keseluruhan adalah 32 orang, yang terdiri dari seluruh karyawan Departemen Produk My Little Kitchen Aussie Stak & Burger. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 71% sedangkan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 29%. The number of employees at My Little Aussie Kitchen Steak & Burger experienced fluctuations with a downward trend, though in 2010 are likely to experience an increase in the number of employees however happening decreased again in 2011. The turnover was a thing undesired by the company. Turnover employees is the classic problem era since the industrial revolution. Factor insatiability encourage employees to do turnover.This research aims to know the influence of the compensation and the work environment to the employees ' job satisfaction in the Product Department, My Little Kitchen Aussie Steak & Burger. Research methods used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method. the method of research to create an overview of the situation and happenings. The sampling techniques used in this research are saturated sample. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The samples on this research in its entirety is 32 people, all employees of the Department of My Little Kitchen Products Aussie Steak & Burger. The results showed that the variables Kompensasi (X 1) positive effect on job satisfaction variable (Y), and the work environment (X 2) a positive effect on job satisfaction variable (Y). Influence of the compensation and the work environment to the employees ' overall job satisfaction is about 71% whereas other variables that affect job satisfaction of employees amounting to 29%.
