Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pengaruh faktor-faktor Meal Experience terhadap keppuasan konsumen di Okoh Japanese Resto Bandung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu bagaimana gambaran umum dan seberapa besarkah pengaruh antara faktor Meal Experience terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara meal experience terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Okoh Japanese resto Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan meal experience terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Uji korelasi menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara meal experience terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan statistik hipotesis, meal experience yang terdiri dari makanan dan minuman, tingkat layanan, kebersihan, suasana, dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan. Oleh karena itu manajemen restoran diharapkan mampu memaksimalkan harapan konsumen agar terjadi pengalaman makan yang maksimal terhadap restoran. Kata kunci: Meal Experience, Kepuasan Konsumen, Okoh Japanese Resto Bandung The background of this research is the influence of Meal Experience Factors to customer satisfaction in Okoh Japanese Restaurant bandung. The research aimed to showed how significant the meal experience factors in the inflluence of customer satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to know the influence between the quality of quantitative data with the descriptive method and verificative method. The result of the research showed that the meal experience factors in the influence of customer satisfaction is relatively high. Correlation test showed the strong influence between the meal experience and customer satisfaction itself. Suggestion based on this research to the company in this business is to restaurant management expected to maximize consumer expectations to happen the maximum meal experience of the restaurant.
