Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di food court kota Bandung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu bagaimana gambaran umum dan seberapa besarkah pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di food court mall kota Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Uji korelasi menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Saran penelitian ditunjukan kepada seluruh perusahaan bahwa sebaiknya kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk lebih ditingkatkan lagi karena memberikan hasil yang cukup efektif terhadap pembentukan keputusan pembelian dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, produk, keputusan pembelian, food court, Bandung. The background of this research is the influence of service quality and poduct quality to buy decision customer food court in Bandung city. The research aimed to showed how significant the service quality and product quality in the connection of buy decision. The main purpose of this research is to know the connection between the quality of quantitative data with the description method and descritive. The result of the research showed that the Quality of the product and service in the connection of buy decision is relatively high. Correlation test showed the strong connection between the quality of service and product and buy decision itself. Suggestion based on this research to the company in this business is to level up the quality of service and product due to effective result of buy decision and loyalty of Costumer.
