Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah permasalahan rendahnya produktivitas kerja guru yang disebabkan oleh kurang efektifnya kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kualitas kehidupan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kontribusi kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi product moment, uji determinasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 20. Pengumpulan data melalui angket tertutup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru-guru PNS SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung, sedangkan unit analisis menggunakan pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru berkorelasi positif cukup kuat. Kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru berkorelasi positif cukup kuat. Demikian pula kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru secara simultan berkorelasi positif cukup kuat. Pada persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini bertanda positif, hal ini menunjukkan adanya kontribusi yang positif, artinya jika terjadi perubahan satu unit variabel kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan pada produktivitas kerja guru. Kesimpulannya, terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan dari kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Rekomendasi: (1) Peningkatan program kepemimpinan pembelajaran dengan menyusun standar operasional prosedur (SOP) terutama pada aspek penilaian pembelajaran. (2) Peningkatan kualitas kehidupan kerja guru melalui hubungan yang harmonis, penerapan reward/punishment, partisipasi kerja, dan melakukan promosi bagi guru. (3) peningkatan produktivitas kerja guru melalui seminar atau workshop dan pelatihan membuat karya ilmiah dan karya inovatif serta penelitian tindakan kelas dan guru harus diberikan tugas tambahan sebagai pembimbing di luar bidang ajarnya.;--Focused of this research is on the problem of the low work produvtiviy of teachers teaching caused by the lack of effective instructional leadership of principal and Quality Work Life. The purpose of this study is to measure the contribution of Instructional Leadership of principal and Quality Work Life on teacher Work Productivity. Research method: descriptive analysis, quantitative approach, analysis technique using product moment correlation, determination and regression using SPSS Software 20. Data collection of closed questionnaire. The population of this study are teachers of SMKN in Bandung, while the unit of analysis using sampling is done by using probability sampling technique. The result of data analysis found that the principal Instructional Leadership on teachers' Work Productivity was positively correlated. Quality Work Life to teacher's work productivity is positively correlated. Similarly, principal Instructional Leadership and Quality Work Life on teacher Work Productivity simultaneously have an enough positive correlation. In the regression equation in this study marked positive, this indicates a positive influence, meaning that if there is a change of one unit of Instructional Leadership of principal and Quality Work Life, it will be followed by changes in Teacher Work Productivity. In conclusion, there is a significant positive influence of principal Instructional Leadership and Quality Work Life on Teacher Work Productivity. Recommendations: (1) Improvement in instructional leadership program by formulating operational procedures standard of Instructional Leadership (2) Increasing quality work life through coaching, applying reward/punishment, participation, and doing promotion for teacher. (3) improving teacher work productivity through workshops or seminar, training to made scientific publication and training of innovative works as well as classroom action research and teacher should be given additional task as a coach outside the field of teaching.
