Abstract
Kematangan karir merupakan bagian terpenting yang harus dimiliki oleh individu guna menunjang keberhasilan perencanaan karirnya. Peserta didik kelas X yang berada pada tahap tentatif diharapkan sudah memiliki kemampuan dalam memikirkan atau merencanakan karir. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengungkap kondisi kematangan karir peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung dan menyusun rancangan layanan bimbingan karir untuk mengembangkan kematangan karirnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diungkap menggunakan instrumen hasil diadaptasi yang sudah diuji validitas dan realibilitas dari Career Maturity Inventori Form Counseling (CMI Form C) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2010) serta pengolahan data menggunakan analisis pemodelan Rasch. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kecenderungan tingkat kematangan karir peserta didik yang berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil temuan dijadikan dasar rancangan layanan bimbingan karir dalam rangka membantu mengoptimalkan kematangan karir peserta didik. ..... Career maturity is an important part that should be owned by an individual to support the success of career planning. Student at ten class in the tentative stage are expected to have the ability to think or plan a career. This research aims to reveal the condition of career maturity at SMA Negeri 4 Bandung and drafting a career guidance services to develop learners' career maturity. The method in this research used descriptive study with quantitative approach. Data revealed by using an instrument adapted of Career Counseling Form Maturity Inventory (CMI Form C) who developed by Savickas and Porfeli (2010), data processing using Rasch modeling analysis. The results showed the level of career maturity of students in the medium category. The findings are used as the basis for the design of career guidance services in order to help optimize students' career maturity.
