Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya efektivitas organisasi di Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo Bandung yang ditandai dengan kelalaian, kesalahan, dan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan sehingga berpotensi menjadi penghambat bagi tercapainya tujuan lemabga tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh positif dari penggunaan kearsipan elektronik terhadap tingkat efektivitas organisasi di Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang diperoleh dari 34 orang pegawai sebagai populasi, sekaligus sebagai sampel (sensus). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian, untuk variabel penggunaan kearsipan elektronik dan variabel efektivitas organisasi diperoleh gambaran berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan berpola linier. Dari hasil uji hipotesis pun diperoleh bahwa pengaruh variabel kemampuan menggunakan kearsipan elektronik terhadap variabel efektivitas organisasi signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa “Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pengunaan kearsipan elektronik terhadap efektivitas organisasi”, diterima. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor terendah pada penggunaan kearsipan elektronik yaitu indikator kemampuan mengindeks dokumen. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka pihak Rumah Sakit Cicendo Bandung harus memberikan pelatihan mengenai mengindeks dokumen kepada para karyawan sehingga karyawan dapat menggunakan kearsipan elektronik dengan baik. Sedangkan skor terendah pada variabel efektivitas organisasi yaitu pada indikator sistem pengendalian dan pengawasan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka sebaiknya rumah sakit menyediakan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Issues that were examined in this study were not optimal organizational effectiveness in Bandung Eye Hospital Cicendo characterized by negligence, errors, and delays in the completion of work that could potentially be a barrier to achieving the company's goals. This study aims to find out is there any positive effects of the use of electronic filing to the level of organizational effectiveness in Cicendo London Eye Hospital. The method used is a survey method explanation. Data was collected using questionnaires obtained from 34 employees as a population. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. From the research, for variable use of electronic filing indicated that the ability to use electronic filing at the high category. As for the organizational effectiveness variables indicated that the level of organizational effectiveness at the high category. The results of data analysis showed that the data were normally distributed and linear pattern. From the results of the hypothesis test is derived variables that influence the ability to use electronic filing to variable organizational effectiveness significantly. Thus, the hypothesis that "There is a positive effect of the use of electronic filing for organizational effectiveness", accepted. The results showed that the lowest scores on the indicators of the use of electronic filing document indexing capabilities. To overcome this, Cicendo Eyes Hospital Bandung shall provide training on indexing the documents to its employees so that employees can use the electronic filing properly. While the lowest score on the organizational effectiveness variables on infrastructure indicators. To overcome this, the hospital should provide the facilities and infrastructure that fit the needs of the organization.
