Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif lahir dari perubahan isu kebijakan sosial yang berkembang dunia dan mulai masuk ke indonesia pada tahun 2004 menyelenggarakan konvensi nasional dengan menghasilkan deklarasi bandung dengan komitmen Indonesia menuju pedidikan inklusif. Di Indonesia, Implementasi pendidikan ditandai dengan terbitnya surat edaran Dirjen Diknas Nomor 380/C.C6/MN/2003 tanggal 20 januari tentang pendidikan inklusif yang menyatakan bahwa penyelenggara dan pengembangan pendidikan inklusif yang menyatakan bahwa penyelenggaraan dan perkembangan pendidikan inklusif disetiap kabupaten/ kota sekurang-kurangnya empat sekolah yang terdiri dari SD, SMP, SMA, dan SMK. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut langkanya model pengelolaan yang diajukan oleh pemerintah yang belum meratayan di setiap sekolah terutama SMA dan SMK membuat pentingnya kelas inklusif diadakan pada setiap sekolah. penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan model pengelolaan kelas inklusif pada pembelajaran Seni Tari di sekolah SMK BPP, dan dapat menjadi reverensi bagi guru pada pembelajaran Seni Tari di dalam mengelola kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan didukung teori-teori berkesinambungan dengan penelitian ini. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data selama dilapangan meliputi reduksi data, display atau penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verivikasi, serta teknik validasi menggunakan triangulasi maka dapat disimpulkan kemampuan guru dalam mendayagunakan potensi kelas yang dilakukan guru mulai dari perencanaan, proses, hingga hasil pembelajaran yang dilakukan sehingga tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dan memberikan kesempatan yang seluas-luasnya pada setiap individu dalam melakukan kegiatan sehingga kelas menjadi aktif dan kondusif. ..... Inclusive education was born from changes in social policy issues that developed in the world and began to enter Indonesia in 2004 holding a national convention by producing a declaration of Bandung with Indonesia's commitment to inclusive education. In Indonesia, the implementation of education was marked by the issuance of a circular letter from the Director General of National Education (Dirjen Diknas) Number 380 / C.C6 / MN / 2003 dated January 20 concerning inclusive education which stated that the organizer and development of inclusive education stated that the implementation and development of inclusive education in each district / city was at least lack of four schools consisting of elementary, middle, high school and vocational schools. In line with this, the scarcity of management models proposed by the government that have not been distributed in every school, especially high schools and vocational schools, makes the importance of inclusive classes held in every school. This qualitative approach aims to describe an inclusive classroom management model in learning Dance in BPP Vocational Schools, and can be a reference for teachers in learning Dance in managing the class. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method supported by theories that are continuous with this research. Data collection techniques used in the study are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques during the field include data reduction, display or presentation of data, and conclusions or verification, and validation techniques using triangulation, it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to utilize class potential what the teacher does, starting from planning, process, to learning outcomes that are done so that the learning objectives are achieved and provides the widest possible opportunity for each individual to carry out activities so that the class becomes active and conducive.
