Abstract

Motivasi adalah hal mendasari seseorang dalam melakukan sebuah perjalanan wisata, dalam hal ini motivasi terbagi atas dua factor yaitu factor motivasi pendorong dan factor motivasi penarik. Faktor pendorong berasal dari internal yang artinya dari dalam diri seseorang atau psikologis sedangkan factor penarik berasal dari eksternal yang artinya dari luar diri seseorang atau tertarik oleh fasilitas yang ada dan sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor motivasi pengunjung dalam mengunjungi destinasi wisata, yang terbagi atas dua factor motivasi yaitu factor motivasi pendorong dan factor motivasi penarik apa saja yang akan terbentuk Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data yang didapatkan melalui kuesioner sebanyak 200 responden. Penulis menggunakan teknis analisis yaitu analisis faktor. Pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat tiga factor motivasi pendorong yang terbentuk yaitu factor exciting, factor family togetherness dan factor prestige & romance dan tiga factor motivasi penarik yang terbentuk yaitu factor activity & natural scenery, factor interesting location dan factor shopping & wholesale marketing. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan referensi baru dalam bidang analisis factor motivasi pengunjung serta dapat dijadikan referensi dan memudahkan pengelola dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran sehingga dapat menambah kualiatasnya agar kepuasan pengunjung meningkat.;-- Motivation is the underlying thing for a person to travel, in this case the motivation is divided into two factors namely push motivation factors and pull motivation factors. Push factor is a factor that comes from internal which means from within a person or psychological while the pull factor comes from external which means from outside a person or interested by existing facilities etc. The purpose of this study is to determine the motivation factor of visitors in visiting tourist destinations, which is divided into two motivation factors that are push motivation factors and pull motivation factors that will be formed. In this study, researcher used descriptive research method quantitative based on data obtained through questionnaires as much as 200 respondents. Data analysis techniques used by researcher is factor analysis. In this study showed that there are three push motivation factors that are exciting factor, family togetherness factor and prestige & romance factor and three factors of pull motivation factors that is formed are activity & natural scenery factor, interesting location and shopping & wholesale marketing factor. The results of this study is expected to be a new reference in the field of analysis motivational factors of visitors and can be used as a reference and facilitate the manager in preparing a marketing strategy so that it can increase quality of visitor satisfaction.
