Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu hasil dari proses mental atau kognitif yang menuju pada suatu pilihan dengan cara mempertimbangkan dan memikirkan berbagai macam alternatif yang tersedia. Kemampuan pengambilan keputusan diperlukan untuk mempermudah siswa dalam memilih suatu keputusan yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupannya di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Team-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan siswa mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah weak-experiment, dengan desain penelitian one-groups pretest-posttest design. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 siswa kelas XI yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Penelitian diawali dengan pemberian pretest berupa soal uraian, kemudian dilakukan pembelajaran Team-Based Learning. Diakhir pembelajaran siswa diberikan posttest, dengan soal yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 61,3 berada pada kategori cukup baik, sedangkan untuk nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 74,3 termasuk kategori baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan siswa mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Adapun peningkatan tersebut dilihat dari hasil nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,34, yang termasuk kategori sedang. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata tersebut juga seiring dengan peningkatan nilai setiap indikator kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, dimulai dari peningkatan rendah hingga sedang. Untuk peningkatan sedang yaitu pada indikator mengidentifikasi masalah, menganalisis resiko dan konsekuensi, memilih alternatif serta mengevaluasi keputusan. Sedangkan untuk kategori peningkatan rendah yaitu pada indikator merumuskan alternatif-alternatif pemecahan masalah. Respon siswa terhadap penerapan Team-Based Learning pada materi kesehatan reproduksi sangat baik, selain itu keterlaksanaan pembelajaran secara keseluruhan sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Decision making skills are needed to facilitate for students in choosing a decision that can affect their lives in the future. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Team-Based Learning to improve student decision-making skills regarding reproductive health. The method used in this study is weak-experiment, with one-groups pretest-posttest research design. Participants that involved in the study as many as 30 students of 11th grade were selected using cluster random sampling technique. The study begins with giving of a pretest in a description question, and then the Team-Based Learning was carried out. At the last lesson, a post-test was carrying out with using the same question. The results showed that the average pretest score amount of 61.3 be in the quite good category, whereas the average posttest value amount of 74.3 be in good category. It shows that there is an increase in decision-making skills of students in reproductive health. The increase was seen from the average value of the N-Gain amount of 0.34, which included the moderate category. The increase in the average value along with the increase of value in every indicator of decision making skills, began from the increase in low to moderate. For moderate increase, in the indicators identify problems, analyze risks and consequences, choose alternatives and evaluate decisions. Meanwhile, for low increase category, the indicator formulates alternatives of solving problem. The response of students to this Team-Based Learning application on reproductive health material are very good, besides that, all of the implementation of learning has been carried out well.
