Abstract
Model Teaching Factory (TEFA) pada Program Keahlian Teknik Audio Video (TAV) telah dilaksanakan sejak setahun yang lalu, namun sampai sekarang belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengukur efektivitas pelaksanaan TEFA tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan TEFA pada Program Keahlian TAV di SMKN 6 Bandung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian evaluatif dengan model evaluasi yang berorientasi pada tujuan dan menggunakan metode penelitian gabungan antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif atau mixed methods dengan model sequential explanatory. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 32 orang peserta didik kelas XI-TAV 1 dan 3 orang guru mata pelajaran produktif. Evaluasi pelaksanaan TEFA dilihat dari 6 aspek yaitu legalitas pelaksanaan, manajemen perencanaan, sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia (SDM), proses pembelajaran dan produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Teaching Factory pada program keahlian TAV di SMKN 6 Bandung sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai standar dari Direktorat PSMK. Dari hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan TEFA didapatkan beberapa hal yang harus ditingkatkan yaitu: a) kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, b) kualitas SDM dan c) manajemen perencanaan dalam pelaksanaan TEFA.;--The Teaching Factory (TEFA) model in the Productive Program of Audio Video Technique (TAV) has been implemented since a year ago, but until now there is no evaluation has been conducted to measure the effectiveness of the TEFA implementation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of TEFA on TAV Productive Program at SMKN 6 Bandung. The research design used in the research was an evaluative research design with goal oriented evaluation model and using the mixed method of quantitative and qualitative with the sequential explanatory model. The respondents consisted of 32 students of class XI-TAV 1 and 3 teachers of productive subjects. The evaluation of TEFA implementation was evaluated from 6 aspects, namely the legality of implementation, planning management, facilities and infrastructure, human resources (HR), learning process, and the product. The result of the study indicated that the implementation of TEVA in TAV Productive Program of SMKN 6 was in a good category according to the standard of PSMK Directorate. From the evaluation result of the TEFA implementation, there are several things that should be improved, i.e.: a) completeness of facilities and infrastructure, b) quality of human resources and c) planning management in the implementation of TEFA.
