Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) capaian kompetensi keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) di SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal, (2) capaian standar kompetensi kebutuhan dunia industri, dan (3) relevansi kurikulum kompetensi keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik terhadap standar kompetensi kebutuhan dunia industri di SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal sebanyak 45 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Uji coba instrument penelitian dilakukan terhadap lulusan Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik tahun ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) capaian kompetensi keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal termasuk pada kategori tinggi sebesar 31% sebanyak 14 siswa, (2) capaian standar kompetensi keahlian kebutuhan industri termasuk pada kategori sedang sebesar 31% sebanyak 14 siswa, dan (3) relevansi kurikulum kompetensi keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik terhadap standar kompetensi kebutuhan dunia industri bernilai positif dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,5%.;--This study aims to determine (1) the achievement of competency skills Installation Engineering Electrical Power (TITL) at SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal, (2) the achievement of standards of competence needs of industry, and (3) the relevance of the curriculum competency skills Mechanical Power Installation to a standard competency needs The industrial world Pusdikpal SMK Karya Bhakti. Samples were taken from class XII student Skills Competency Power Installation Engineering SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal as many as 45 students. Collecting data using questionnaires. Trials conducted on graduate research instrument Skill Competency Power Installation Engineering 2017/2018 school year as many as 30 people. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment. The results showed that: (1) the achievement of competency skills Mechanical Power Installation at SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal included in the high category by 31% as many as 14 students, (2) the achievement of standards of competence skills needs of the industry including the medium category by 31% by 14 students, and (3) the relevance of the curriculum competencies Power Installation Engineering expertise to the needs of industry competency standards to be positive with a contribution of 14.5%.
