Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika materi keliling dan luas segitiga melalui penerapan pendekatan matematika realistik. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVA SDN Tegallega 1 Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak tiga siklus. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari instrumen tes dan non tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan belajar sebesar 64,29%, siklus II 92,86%, dan siklus III mencapai 100%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah guru menerapkan pendekatan matematika realistik. Dengan demikian, penerapan pendekatan matematika realistik ini dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi keliling dan luas segitiga di kelas IV SDN Tegallega 1 Cianjur. Kata Kunci :Hasil belajar, pendekatan realistik, segitiga The study aims at improving students achievement in learning mathematics of the circle and triangle width material trough realistic mathematic approach. The subject were the fourth grade student of Tegallega 1 elementary school Cianjur. Research method used was the class action research. The research of instrument were test instrument and non test instrument. This research was done by 3 cycles. Based on the result of data’s analysist at the first cycles, its found that the student’s learning improvement as 64,29%, the second cycles as 92,86%, and the third cycles as 100%. Result found there was improvement of learning achievement after teacher applicated of realistic mathematic approach. After calculating the data, it was found that realistic mathematic approach can be used as an alternative ways to increase students achievement at the circle and triangle width material.
