    ABSTRAK

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran mikro (microteaching) terhadap kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FPEB UPI. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner yang disusun dalam skala numerikal bertingkat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 sebanyak 85 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling sehingga keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, analisis korelasi pearson product moment, koefisien determinasi, dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t.
    Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa nilai t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu t_hitung = 14,103 > t_tabel = 1,6634 maka H_0 ditolak dan H_1 diterima. Artinya, pembelajaran mikro berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FPEB UPI, dengan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 70,6% sehingga 29,4% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

    ABSTRACT

    This research aims to understand the influence of micro teaching on teaching ability of accounting education students class 2015 FPEB UPI. Problems studied in this research was the low teaching ability of accounting education students class 2015. The research method used was descriptive survey method and the data collection technique was a questionnaire method arranged in numerical rating scale. The population of this research were 85 students in the Accounting Education Study Program class 2015. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used normality test, Pearson product moment analysis, the coefficient of determination, and for testing the hypothesis used t-test. Hypothesis test results are obtained from the value of t_observe > t_table is t_observe = 14,103 > t_table = 1,663 so H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Which means, micro teaching has a positive influence on teaching ability of accounting education students class 2015 FPEB UPI, with the calculation of determination coefficient of 70,6% so that the other 29,4% is influenced by other factors not in accordance with this research.
