Abstract

ABSTRAK Idha Apriliyani (1500940), “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Regional V Bandung, dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Suryana, M.Si dan Askolani, S.E, M.M. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah turunnya pencapaian kinerja karyawan dari tahun 2016-2018, dan bertambahnya jumlah karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Regional V Bandung. Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang turut menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam perusahaan dan yang menarik peneliti pada penelitian ini adalah perihal lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Regional V Bandung dan juga mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Regional V Bandung Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 70 karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Regional V Bandung dan sampel berjumlah 70 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujan hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji korelasi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi sebesar 31,5% Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Idha Apriliyani (1500940), "The Influence of Non-Physical Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance (Perceptional Study at PT. The problem in this study is the decline in employee performance achievements from 2016-2018, and the increase in the number of employees who are absent in work at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office V Bandung. Company performance is one important aspect that also determines the success of a company. There are many factors that can overcome problems related to employee performanceand which attracts researchers in this study about non-physical work environment and motivation. The purpose of this study was to find out an overview of non-physical work environment , motivation, and performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office V Bandung and also to know the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance, motivation on employee performance, and the effect of non-physical work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office V Bandung This research use descriptive and verification method with a population of 70 employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional V Office Bandung and every empolyees is taken as a sample. The analysis technique used in this research is the coefficient of Pearson product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test method used F-Test and t-Test. The results of this study can be seen that non-physical work environment and motivation together have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the correlation Employee Performance is influenced by Non-Physical Work Environment and Motivation by 31,5%.
