Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 9 Garut, dengan permasalahan yang dikaji adalah kontribusi literasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 9 Garut Bidang Keahlian DPIB. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yang diteliti yaitu Literasi Siswa (Variabel X) dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa (Variabel Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum literasi siswa, mengetahui gambaran umum prestasi belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum kontribusi literasi terhadap pretasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 9 Garut pada Bidang Keahlian DPIB. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa penilaian diri dan tes. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden yang merupakan siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 9 Garut pada Bidang Keahlian DPIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran literasi rata-rata siswa SMK Negeri 9 Garut Bidang Keahlian DPIB masuk pada kriteria baik sedangkan dalam gambaran prestasi belajar rata-rata siswa SMK Negeri 9 Garut Bidang Keahlian DPIB masuk pada kriteria cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji korelasi, maka di dapat koefisisen tingkat hubungan antar variabel sangat tinggi. Besarnya kontribusi literasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 9 Garut Bidang Keahlian DPIB dihitung dengan uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan tingkat kontribusi dengan kriteria besar. In this research there are two variables studied, that is Student Literacy (Variable X) and Student Learning Achievement (Variable Y). The purpose of this research was to find out a general description of student literacy, to know a general description of student learning achievement and to find out a general description of the literacy contribution towards the learning achievements of SMK Negeri 9 Garut in DPIB Expertise students. In this research using a survey research method with a quantitative approach, data collection instruments used by self-assessment form and tests form. The number of respondents in this research were 80 respondents who were study at 10th grade of SMK Negeri 9 Garut DPIB Expertise students. The data analysis technique used by correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of data processing show that the average literacy of the students is on good criteria, at the same time the description of learning achievement from average students are quite good on the criteria. Based on the results of the correlation test calculation, the coefficient of correlation between variables are on very high criteria. The magnitude of the literacy contribution towards the student achievements of SMK Negeri 9 Garut DPIB Extpertises is calculated by coefficient of determination test result the level of contribution is on high criteria.
