    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X jurusan otomatisasi tata kelola perkantoran pada mata pelajaranTeknologi Perkantoran tahun ajaran 2017.
    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei,teori yang digunakan adalah teori pemrosesan informasi Robert M Gagne dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan model Skala Likert. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 107 siswa dari kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung tahun ajaran 2017. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda.
    Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X jurusan otomatisasi tata kelola perkantoran pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di smk negeri 11 bandung yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh kuat. ..... The problem discussed in this research paper is lack of students’ learning outcomes on the subject “Teknologi Perkantoran” at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. This research was conducted to find out the influence of intelligence quotient and learning interest to students’ learning outcomes class X on the subject “Teknologi Perkantoran” at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung 2016/2017.
    This research used explanatory survey, . The study used the Processing Information Theory by Robert M Gagne which used questionnaire Skala Likert Model to collect the data. Total sample in this study is 107 students from class X Office Administration at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung 2017. And the writer used multiple regression analysis as data analysis technique.
    The conclution from the research showes that there is influence between intelligence quotient and learning interest to students’ learning outcomes class X on the subject “Teknologi Perkantoran” at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung which silmutaneously has a high effect.
