Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Dasar kelas X Akuntansi SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 71 siswa kelas X Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Dengan metode sensus atau seluruh populasi dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi multipel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 85,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t pada tingkat probabilitas 0,05, menyatakan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kemandirian belajar dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kemandirian belajar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi efikasi diri dan motivasi berprestasi siswa maka semakin tinggi pula kemandirian belajar siswa. The aims of this research are to find the influences of self-efficacy and need for achievement toward self-regulated learning on basic accounting subject 10th grade Accounting at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive verificative method. The population of research is 71 students of 10th grade Accounting programs 2018/2019. With census method or the entire population chosen as a sample of the study. The data is analyzed using multiple regression. The hypothesis tested by F-test and t-test. Based on the result of this research show that self-efficacy and need for achievement influence student self-regulated learning with the result of coefficient determination 85,1% and the remaining 14,9% is influence by the other variable. And then hypothesis result using t-test with 0,05 probability explain that self-efficacy is positively influence the self-regulated learning and need for achievement is positively influence the self-regulated learning. The implication of this research is the higher self-efficacy and need for achievement students have, the higher student's self-regulated learning will be.
