Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesadaran remaja mengenai pentingnya kesehatan reproduksi. Kurangnya pengetahuan remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi menjadi salah satu faktor timbulnya perilaku seksual yang tidak sehat. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat menghambat perkembangan remaja dan menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti hamil di luar pernikahan yang berujung dengan aborsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan program bimbingan dan konseling pribadi untuk meningkatkan persepsi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Bandung Tahun ajaran 2018/2019 mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Bandung mengenai kesehatan reproduksi berada pada kategori tinggi, mengindikasikan bahwa peserta didik mengetahui kebersihan organ genital, memiliki pemahaman mengenai hubungan seksual pranikah, memiliki hubungan harmonis dengan keluarga, mengetahui akses terhadap pendidikan kesehatan, memiliki pemahaman tentang dampak penyalahgunaan NAPZA, mengetahui pengaruh media massa, mengathui akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi, dan memiliki pemahaman tentang penyakit menular seksual. Program bimbingan dan konseling pribadi yang diberikan kepada peserta didik sesuai dengan tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi. The background of the research by lack of adolescent knowledge about reproductive health is one of the factors that arises unhealthy sexual behavior, it certainly can hinder the development of adolescents and cause negative impacts such as pregnancy outside marriage which results in abortion. The researcher aimed to formulate a personal guidance and counseling program to improve the perception of Class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Bandung Academic Year 2018/2019 regarding reproductive health. The study uses quantitative and descriptive methods. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling. The results of the study showed that the perception of Class VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Bandung regarding reproductive health is in the high category, indicating that students know the cleanliness of genital organs, have an understanding of premarital sexual relations, have a harmonious relationship with family, know access to health education, have an understanding of the effects of drug abuse, know the influence of mass media, recognize access to reproductive health services, and have understanding of sexually transmitted diseases.
