Abstract

(SOP) praktikum teknik pemesinan bubut di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), memperoleh standar alat, memperoleh standar waktu dan standar jumlah bahan untuk praktikum teknik pemesinan bubut di SMK untuk mencapai kompetensi membubut rata, membubut muka (facing), membubut tirus, membubut alur, membubut ulir dan membubut kartel. Penelitian menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Partisipan penelitian melibatkan siswa SMK jurusan teknik pemesinan, tiga guru produktif teknik pemesinan, satu orang pihak LSP dan tiga orang pihak industri. SOP yang diperoleh terdiri dari rasional, tujuan, kompetensi dan prosedur (gambar kerja, alur praktikum, alur kerja praktikum, jobsheet, lembar penilaian). Alat praktikum untuk kompetensi membubut rata, membubut muka dan membubut tirus dengan gambar kerja lotan membutuhan 1 alat utama, 1 alat potong, 2 alat bantu, 1 alat ukur, dan 4 alat K3LH, sedangkan kompetensi membubut alur, membubut ulir dan membubut kartel dengan gambar kerja mandrel membutuhan 1 alat utama, 4 alat potong, 5 alat bantu, 1 alat ukur, dan 4 alat K3LH. Waktu praktikum standar untuk mencapai kompetensi membubut rata, membubut muka dan membubut tirus adalah dengan 2x percobaan adalah 423 menit, sedangkan waktu praktikum standar untuk mencapai kompetensi membubut alur, membubut ulir dan membubut kartel dengan 2x percobaan adalah 372 menit. Bahan praktikum yang dipakai adalah st37 untuk gambar lotan dengan ukuran ø25.4 x 105 mm membutuhkan rata-rata dua bahan benda kerja dan gambar mandrel memerlukan bahan dengan ukuran ø25.4 x 65 mm yang berjumlah rata-rata membutuhkan dua benda kerja untuk setiap siswa.-- The aim of this research is for the first time the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for practicing lathe machining techniques in Vocational High Schools (SMK), using measurement standards, time standards and standard amount of material for lathe machining practicum in Vocational High Schools to achieve average turning (facing), tapering, turning grooves, turning threads and turning the cartel. The study uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) method. The research participants led to vocational students majoring in machining engineering, three productive teachers of machining techniques, one LSP and three industrialists. The obtained SOP consists of rational, objective, and procedures (work drawings, practicum flow, practicum workflows, worksheets). Practical tools for competency average turning, tapping and tapering with working drawings of the lottery require 1 main tool, 1 cutting tool, 2 assistive devices, 1 measuring instrument, and 4 K3LH tools, while the competence of turning the groove, turning the thread and turning the cartel with the work picture mandrel needs 1 main tool, 4 cutting tools, 5 assistive devices, 1 measuring instrument, and 4 K3LH tools. The standard practicum time to achieve average turning competency, tapered turning and turning is with 2x experiments is 423 minutes, while practicum time to achieve the groove, threaded and turning the cartel with 2x trials is 372 minutes. The practicum material used is st37 for lottery images with a size of ø25.4 x 105 mm on average two workpiece materials and a mandrelten material with a size of ø25.4 x 65 mm which requires an average of two workpieces for each student.
