Abstract
Motivasi belajar adalah daya penggerak yang berperan untuk mendorong seseorang menggapai suatu tujuan yang timbul dalam diri seseorang melalui kegiatan belajar. Prestasi belajar adalah gambaran kemempuan siswa yang diperoleh dari hasil penialaian proses belajar siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pengajaran. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar adalah motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat motivasi belajar siswa XI TOI 2 SMKN 4 Bandung pada mata pelajaran Sistem Kontrol Elektromekanik, serta hubungannya dengan prestasi belajar siswa-siswa tersebut. Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa mendapat skor rata-rata 3,65 yang tergolong baik. Motivasi belajar siswa memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 21,16 %. Artinya faktor internal dan eksternal motivasi belajar mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup dan positif walaupun tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI TOI 2 Jurusan Ketenagalistrikan SMK Negeri 4 Bandung dalam mata pelajaran Sistem Kontrol Elektromekanik (SKE).-- Learning motivation is the driving force that plays a role in encouraging a person to reach a goal that arises in a person through learning activities. Learning achievement is a picture of students abilities obtained from the results of the students learning process in achieving the teaching objectives. One factor that influences learning achievement is learning motivation. This study aims to look at the level of student learning motivation of class XI TOI 2 SMKN 4 Bandung in the subject of Electromechanical Control Systems (ECS), as well as its relationship to the learning achievement of these students. The level of learning motivation of students gets an average score of 3.65 which is quite good. Student learning motivation gives a positive influence on student learning achievement by 21.16%. This means that internal and external factors of learning motivation have a sufficient and positive influence, although not significant to the learning achievement of the students of Class XI TOI 2 of the Department of Electricity SMKN 4 Bandung in the subjects of the Electromechanical Control System (ECS).
