Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa di sekolah. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu iklim sekolah, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah seluruh siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi . Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kondusifitas iklim sekolah berada pada kategori kondusif , motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar baik secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. ..... This research was conducted at The Vocational High School Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Issue became a study in this research is having not optimal student learning outcomes in school. Focus directed to factors influence student learning outcomes. School climate and learning motivation are factors that thought to have student learning outcomes. Therefore, this research examines three variables, namely school climate, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question form. Respondents were students of The Vocational High School Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi as many as 78 people. Data technique analyzed using multiply regression. The result of the data analysis revealed that school climate is in condusif category, learning motivation is in high category, and student learning outcomes at The Vocational High School Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi is in medium category. Based on the result of regression analysis, the result revealed that school climate and learning motivation both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence toward student learning outcomes.
