Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Kawali. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum efektifnya pembelajaran siswa di sekolah. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik guru merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pedagogik dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kawali. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Kawali dipersepsi tinggi oleh para siswa, kompetensi pedagogik guru kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Kawali dipersepsi tinggi oleh para siswa, dan efektivitas pembelajaran berada pada kategori cukup/sedang berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari rekapitulasi nilai siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik baik secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. ..... This research was conducted at The State Vocational High School 1 Kawali. Issue became a study in this research is having not optimal learning effectiveness in school. Focus directed to factors influenced learning effectiveness. profesional and pedagogic competence are factors that thoughtto have influence on learning effectiveness. Therefore, this research examines three variables, profesional and pedagogic competence and learning. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question form. Respondents were students of The State Vocational High School 1 Kawali.. Data technique analyzed using regression analysis. The result of the research showed that professional competence of entrepreneurship teachers The State Vocational High School is highly perceived by the students, pedagogic competence of entrepreneurship teachers in The State Vocational High School 1 Kawli is highly perceived by the students, , and learning effectiveness at The State Vocational High School 1 Kawali is in medium category based on the result of calculation of student's recapitulation. Based on the result of regression analysis, the result revealed that profesional and pedagogic competence both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence toward learning effectiveness.
