Abstract

Pendidikan yang bermutu akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yang kemudian berdampak pada kemajuan suatu bangsa. Jika mutu pendidikan suatu negara rendah akan menghasilkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang rendah pula. Hal ini terlihat pada masih adanya satuan pendidikan yang belum terakreditasi serta rendahnya indeks Standar Nasional Pendidikan sekolah. Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengimplementasikan penjaminan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar dan menengah di provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) kepada sekolah model tahun 2017 sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pendampingan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) sekolah model di kota Jakarta Selatan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) berada pada kategori “sangat tinggi”. Pendampingan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) berada pada kategori “sangat tinggi”. Berdasarkan pengolahan data secara inferensial pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) sekolah. Selain itu pendampingan juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) sekolah. Apabila kedua variabel tersebut digabungkan maka pelatihan dan pendampingan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) simultan mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan sebesar 67,4 % terhadap Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,6 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Untuk meningkatkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) maka perlu diterapkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di satuan pendidikan yang didukung oleh semua unsur sekolah baik kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik, maupun tenaga kependidikan secara terus menerus.-- The quality of education will produce quality of human resources which then impact on the progress of a nation. If the quality of education is low will produce a low quality of human resources as well. This is evident in the still unaccredited education unit and the low index of National Education Standards. The institution of quality assurance of education in Jakarta (LPMP) implements the quality assurance of education in schools by providing training and mentoring of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in 2017 to model schools in an effort to comply with the National Education Standards. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of training and mentoring of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) model school in South Jakarta with quantitative method by using simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the training of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) was in the "very high" category. Assistance of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is in "very high" category. Based on inferential data processing, the training has a positive and significant influence on improving the school's National Standards of Education (SNP). In addition, mentoring also positively and significantly influence the school's National Education Standards (SNP). If the two variables are combined then the training and guidance of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) simultaneously affects positively and significantly by 67,4% of the National Education Standards (SNP) while the remaining 32,6 % is influenced by other factors. To improve the National Education Standards (SNP), it is necessary to apply the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in educational units supported by all elements of school, principals, educators, and education personnel continuously.
