Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya intensi memilih profesi guru pada lulusan program studi kependidikan di FPEB UPI dengan melihat Tracer Studi FPEB UPI lulusan 2016 hingga 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku terhadap intensi memilih profesi guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi kependidikan FPEB UPI angkatan 2015 dan 2016, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan dibantu program IBM SPSS Statistics 21.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sikap, Norma Subjektif dan Kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intensi Memilih Profesi Guru. Sikap memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap Intensi Memilih Profesi Guru.
This research is motivated by the low intention to choose a teaching profession for graduates of the education studies program at Faculty of Economics and Business Education in Indonesian University of Education by looking at the Tracer Study from 2016 to 2018. This study aims to determined the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on the intention to choose teaching profession. The research method used an explanatory survey by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in the studied is student of the education studies program at Faculty of Economics and Business Education in Indonesian University of Education force 2015 and 2016, sample used proportional random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics 21.00. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control has a positive and significant influence on the intention to choose teacher professions. Attitudes has the greatest influence on the intention to choose teacher professions.
