Abstract
Sarana Prasarana merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menciptakan pendidikan yang bermutu. Namun, pada kenyataannya standar sarana dan prasarana yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah belum dapat terpenuhi seluruhnya oleh lembaga pendidikan. Salah satu penyebab tidak terpenuhinya sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yaitu adanya keterbatasan biaya yang dimiliki oleh lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran jelas mengenai kebutuhan biaya pendidikan yang meliputi biaya penambahan luas lahan; biaya penambahan luas bangunan; serta biaya penambahan peralatan laboratorium IPA untuk pemenuhan standar sarana dan prasarana sebagai salah satu standar nasional pendidikan pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif-analitik dengan memilih 2 objek penelitian, yakni SMPN 2 Margahayu dan SMPN 1 Katapang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Besaran biaya penambahan luas lahan sebesar Rp 1.211.449.500,- untuk SMPN 2 Margahayu dan Rp 12.864.700,- untuk SMPN 1 Katapang; (2) Besaran biaya penambahan luas bangunan sebesar Rp 515.812.843,- untuk SMPN 2 Margahayu dan Rp 1.580.456.540,- untuk SMPN 1 Katapang; serta (3) Besaran biaya penambahan peralatan laboratorium IPA sebesar Rp 3.838.180,- untuk SMPN 2 Margahayu dan Rp 5.635.000,- untuk SMPN 1 Katapang.-- Infrastructure is one of important aspect to create a quality education. However, in reality infrastructure standards defined by government can’t be fulfilled entirely by educational institutions. One of the causes not fulfilled educational facilities and infrastructure limitations namely the cost which is owned by the institution. The purpose of this research is to know a clear picture about the needs of the educational costs include the cost of adding land area; the cost of building additions; as well as costs of additions to equipment of science laboratorium for the fulfillment of infrastructure standards as one of the national standards of education at junior high school in Bandung Regency. This research uses descriptive-analytic method by selecting 2 objects of research, that is 2 Margahayu Junior High School and 1 Katapang Junior High School. Summary of this research are: (1) the cost of adding land area amounting to Rp 1.211.449.500,-for 2 Margahayu Junior High School and Rp 12.864.700,-for 1 Katapang Junior High School; (2) the cost of adding the building area amounting to Rp 515.812.843,-for 2 Margahayu Junior High School and Rp 1.580.456.540 ,-for 1 Katapang Junior High School; and (3) the cost of adding equipment of science laboratorium Rp 3.838.180,-for 2 Margahayu Junior High School and Rp 5.635.000,-for 1 Katapang Junior High School.
