Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi dikelas VII-B SMP Negeri 7 Bandung yang ditemukan penulis pada saat observasi awal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai juni 2018, penulis menemukan masalah yaitu kurangnya keterampilan kerjasama. Hal ini ditunjukan dari beberapa aspek yang pertama kurang adanya kontribusi antar siswa, yang kedua tidak saling menghargai perbedaan individu, yang ketiga tidak adanya saling membantu. Meninjau permasalahan yang akan diteliti berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran, maka penulis memilih Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dalam 4 siklus. Alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dipilih yaitu penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw. Pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw sebagai alternatif meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa dapat dikatakan berhasil. Adapun peningkatan keterampilan kerjasama siswa dapat dilihat dari peningkatan aspek yang dinilai dalam keterampilan kerjasama yaitu siswa mampu berkontribusi baik antara siswa, siswa mampu menghargai perbedaan individu dalam kelompok, siswa memiliki sikap saling membantu antara siswa,. Seluruh aspek ini mengalami peningkatan dari siklus pertama sampai siklus keempat dari kategori cukup menjadi baik dengan presentase 52 %, 58%, 86 % dan 92% pada siklus keempat. Kesimpulannya, Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas VII B SMP Negeri 7 Bandung.-- This research based on the problems that occurred in class VII-B junior high school 7 Bandung found by the author at the first time of observation. Based on observation made in March to June 2018, the author finds the problem is the lack of skills of cooperation. This is shown from the first few aspects of the lack of contribution between students, the second didn’t respect for individual differences, and the third didn’t help each other. Reviewing the problems to be studied in relation to the learning process, the author choose Classroom Action Research with Kemmis and Mc taggart research design in 4 cycles. The alternative of problem solving use Cooperative Learning- Jigsaw. Implementation of learning activities using Cooperative Learning- Jigsaw models type as an alternative to improve students' cooperation skills can successful. The improvement of students' cooperation skills can be seen from the improvement of aspects that are assessed in the skills of cooperation students are able to contribute well between students, students are able to appreciate the differences of individuals in the group, students help between students ,. All aspects of this increase from the first cycle until the fourth cycle and the category medium, and good quality of 52%, 58%, 86% and 92% in the four cycle. The conclusion is Cooperative Learning–Jigsaw models activities in social learning can improve cooperation skill in social learning in class VII B junior high school 7 Bandung.
