Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Bintang indospin Industri. PT. Bintang Indospin Industri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang textil di kota Bandung. Kinerja merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan karena menjadi salah satu aspek yang menunjukan tingkat kualitas suatu organisasi. Hal tersebut diterapkan karena kinerja karyawan dinilai menurun dalam lima tahun terakhir dan penyebabnya adalah banyaknya karyawan yang diberhentikan secara tidak terhormat dikarenakan tingginya tingkat ketidak hadiran karyawan. Permasalahan ini harus segara diatasi guna meningkatnya kinerja karyawan dan pencapaian target perusahaan. Maka dari itu, dalam penelitian ini dikaji lebih lanjut mengenai seberapa besar Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Komitmen Organisasi pada karyawan PT.Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung, Motivasi Kerja PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung, Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung, dan seberapa besar hubungan Komitmen Organisasional dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 315 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial.Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa variabel komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bintang indospin Industri Bandung dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung.;--This research is intended to know the influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on employee performance. Research conducted at PT. Star indospin Industries. PT. Bintang Indospin Industri is a company engaged in the field of textil in Bandung. Performance is a matter to note because it becomes one aspect that shows the level of quality of an organization. In an effort to improve employee performance, provide support in the form of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation. This is because employee performance is assessed to decline in the last five years and the cause is the number of employees who were dismissed dishonourably due to the high level of employee absence. This problem must be solved immediately in order to improve employee performance and the achievement of company targets. Therefore, in this study further study on how big Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation can affect performance. To know the description of Organizational Commitment to employees PT.Bintang Indospin Industrial Bandung, Motivation Work PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung, Employee Performance PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung, and how big relationship Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation to Employee Performance PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung.The method of this research is using descriptive and verification method, by using 315 population of employees’ and 100 respondents. The analysis uses Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis test using and t test. The research results show that the variables organizational commitment are in high category while the variabel of work motivation and performance in low category. From the research results can be seen that Organizational Commitment has no influence on Employee Performance PT. Bintang indospin Bandung Industry and Work Motivation have an influence on Employee Performance PT. Bintang Indospin Industri Bandung
