Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi atlet pada perlombaan atletik nomor sprint 30 meter katagori 1 putri sebagai upaya identifikasi bakat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengungkapkan prestasi perkembangan keikutsertaan lari nomor sprint 30 meter katagori 1 putri ( kelas 1, 2, dan 3) sekolah dasar dalam perlombaan potensi atletik se-bandung raya tahun 2016-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ex post facto, dan menggunakan instrumen berupa dokumentasi, dengan populasi peserta perlombaan atletik yaitu sebanyak 7 peserta Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan sampel peserta perlombaan atletik yaitu sebanyak 7 peserta. Prestasi peserta yang mengikuti perlombaan 2016 dan mengikuti kembali pada tahun 2017 mengalami peningkatan prestasi yaitu 0,8 detik atau sebesar 11,7%. Dengan adanya identifikasi bakat sejak usia dini diharapkan dapat membentuk atlet yang berprestasi di masa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti memberikan saran setelah mengetahui karakteristik anak pada usianya, maka guru atau pelatih sebagai pembimbing di sekolah atau pelatih di klub sebaiknya dapat membina atau melatih sesuai dengan karakteristik, bakat dan perkembangan anak.;---This research aims to determine the potential of athletes in the athletic race 30 meter sprint number catagory 1 women as an effort to talent identify. In this research the authors would like to express the achievement of the participation of sprint 30 meters catagory a women (class 1, 2 and 3) elementary school of the son in the race of athletic potential all Bandung City in 2016-2017. The research method used is ex post facto method, and using instrument in the form of documentation. With a population of some athletic contest that is as much as 7 participants. The samples using a technique total sampling with a sample of some athletic contest, which is 7 participants.. Based on data processing obtained increase to 25 participants or 88%, the achievements of the participants of sprint 30 meter competition experienced an increase of 9,7% with sprint increase as far 0.69 second, the achievements of the participants of sprint 30 meter competition 2016 and participated in the year 2017 experienced an increase in achievement of 0,8 second or 11,7%, With the identification talent at an early age is expected to form an athlete who performed well in the future. Based on these results researchers give advice after knowledge characteristic of a child in its, the teacher or coach as tutors at school or a coach in club should can build or train in accordance with characteristic, talent, and child development.
