Abstract
Risa Ramadhany Damas (1405524). Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Pemberdayaan Psikologis terhadap Komitmen Afektif pada Karyawan PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk di Kota Bandung. Skripsi. Departemen Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Bandung. (2019). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap komitmen afektif pada karyawan PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan partisipan berjumlah 198 orang. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (ICCS) untuk mengukur komunikasi interpersonal, Psychological Empowerment Scale (PES) untuk mengukur pemberdayaan psikologis, dan Affective Commitment Scale (ACS) untuk mengukur komitmen afektif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap komitmen afektif pada karyawan PT. This research aims to determine the influence of interpersonal communication and psychological empowerment on affective commitment of employees at PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk in Bandung. The research method used is quantitative method with sample amounts 198 employees. The instruments used in this research are Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (ICCS) to measure interpersonal communication, Psychological Empowerment Scale (PES) to measure psychological empowerment, and Affective Commitment Scale (ACS) to measure affective commitment. Data analysis technique used are linear regression and multiple regression. The result of this research shows that there is a significant influence between interpersonal communication and psychological empowerment on affective commitment of employees at PT.
