    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Quantum Teaching and learning Terhadap Kecerdasan Kinestetik Dalam Pembelajaran Seni Tari (Studi Eksperimen Pada Siswa Kelas VIII di SMPN 44 Bandung)”. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah potensi kecerdasan kinestetik siswa yang belum terolah secara optimal melalui pembelajaran seni tari yang notabenenya merupakan pembelajaran gerak. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1). Kecerdasan kinestetik siswa sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching and Learning dalam pembelajaran seni tari pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen 2). Penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching and Learning dalam pembelajaran seni tari pada kelompok eksperimen 3). Hasil penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching and Learning terhadap kecerdasan kinestetik siswa kelas VIII SMP pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching and Learning dalam pembelajaran seni tari untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik siswa SMP kelas VIII. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu true-experiment dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design untuk analisis data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan paradigma kuantitatif melalui kegiatan observasi, studi pustaka, angket, tes, dan dari proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan kinestetik siswa melalui hasil belajarnya pada kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberi treatment dibuktikan dengan data –t hitung < -t tabel (-4,32 < -1,66). T hitung bernilai negatif, hal tersebut berarti bahwa rata-rata kelas kontrol lebih rendah dari rata-rata kelas eksperimen dengan
    perbedaan rata-rata sebesar 4,4.;--This research entitled "The Influence of Quantum Teaching and
    Learnings Model on Kinesthetic Intelligence In Dance Learning
    (Experimental Study on Grade VIII Students at SMPN 44 Bandung)". The
    problem raised in this research is the kinesthetic intelligence potential of
    students who have not been optimally processed through the learning of
    dance art which is the learning of motion. The problem formulation in this
    research is 1). The kinesthetic intelligence of students before the applied
    Quantum Teaching and Learnings model in the learning of dance art in
    the control group and experimental group 2). The application of Quantum
    Teaching and Learnings model in dance learning in experiment group 3).
    The application result of Quantum Teaching and Learnings model to the
    kinesthetic intelligence of grade VIII junior highschool students in the
    experimental group compared with the control group . In general, this
    study aims to determine and describe the influence of Quantum Teaching
    and Learnings model in the learning of dance art to improve the
    kinesthetic intelligence of students of junior highschool grade VIII. In this
    research the method used is true-experiment with pretest-posttest control
    group design for data analysis. Data collection is done in this research
    with quantitative paradigm through observation activities, literature
    study, questionnaires, tests, and the process of teaching and learning in
    the classroom. The results of this study showed that the kinesthetic
    intelligence of students through the learning outcomes in the experimentalclass increased compared to the control class that was not given treatment as evidenced by the data -t arithmetic <-t table (-4.32 <-1,66). T count is negative, it means that the control class average is lower than the average of the experimental class with an average difference of 4.4.
