    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memiliki objek pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 151 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 64 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk komitmen organisasional tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.;--The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. This study has the object of employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification with a population of 151 employees and a sample of 64 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses a t-test to see the effect partially. Research results show that job satisfaction has a significant negative influence on employee performance. For organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant influence on employee performance.
