Abstract
Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh mengenai kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanasi (eksplanatory survey), teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebayak 33 guru honorer tetap di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumedang. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Dari hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumedang yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh rendah/lemah tapi pasti. ..... The problem discussed in this research paper is managerial competency and headmaster supervision competency on teachers performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumedang that not optimal yet. Purpose of this research is to analysed about influence of managerial competency and headmaster supervision competency on teachers performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumedang. This research used explanatory survey method, which used questionnaire Skala Likert Model to collect the data. The number of respondents in this study is 33 permanent honorary teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumedang. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. From the result of the data and hypothesis testing, it showed that there was an influenced between managerial competency and headmaster supervision competency on teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumedang which simultaneously has a low and definite effect.
