Abstract
Penelitian membahas mengenai Minat Belajar Siswa yang belum optimal pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi Kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Gaya Mengajar Otoritas Formal dan Minat Belajar Siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat Gaya Mengajar Otoritas Formal, dan Minat Belajar Siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Otoritas Formal terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas X pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model rating scale. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X AP 1 dan AP 2 SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung sebanyak 47 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran Gaya Mengajar Otoritas Formal berada pada kategori Cukup Efektif, dan gambaran Minat Belajar Siswa berada pada kategori Tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Gaya Mengajar Otoritas Formal berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa. ;---This article discusses Student’s Learning Interest, which has not been optimal yet, on Student’s Learning Interest of Class X at Correspondence Lesson Learning Administrative of Office Department in SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung (Vocational High School Indonesia Raya Bandung). The study consists of two variables: The Formal Authority Teaching Style; and The Student’s Learning Interest. The study aimed to reveal the figure of the levels of The Formal Authority Teaching Style and The Student’s Learning Interest. On the other hand, it was also intended to uncover The Effect of The Formal Authority Teaching Style on The Student’s Learning Interest of Class X at Correspondence Lesson Learning Administrative of Office Department in SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered rating scale model. The data analysis technique employed simple regression. The respondent of the study were fourty seven student of Class X AP 1 and AP 2 SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung. Based on the analysis results, the figure of the Formal Authority Teaching Style is in the Effective Category; and the Student’s Learning Interest is in the High Condition. The result of hypothesis testing shows that The Formal Authority Teaching Style affects The Student’s Learning Interest partially and significantly.
