    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesuksesan sistem informasi remunerasi di PTN-BH dengan menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah 51 dari 102 unit kerja di UPI. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara.Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu software Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa (1) kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna (2) kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna; dan (3) kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh terhadap dampak individual.

    This study aims to determine the success of remuneration information systems in PTN-BH using the DeLone and McLean models. The sampling method used was simple random sampling with 51 of 102 work units at UPI. The data used are primary data with questionnaire, documentation, and interview techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by using version 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) the quality of the system influences user satisfaction (2) the quality of information affects user satisfaction; and (3) user satisfaction affects the individual impact.
