Abstract
Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada Mata Pelajaran Produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Swasta Kab. Garut yakni SMK Muhammadiyah Garut, SMK Setia Bhakti Cilawu, SMK Al Hikmah 2, Dan SMK Nuurul Muttaqin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Motivasi Mengajar Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Swasta Kab. Garut tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode survey explanatory dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan model Skala Likert. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi, dikarenakan anggota populasi yang relatif kecil yaitu 32 guru produktif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil dari analisis dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Motivasi Mengajar Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Swasta Kab. Garut. Kata Kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi mengajar guru, hasil belajar The problem raised in this study is the low learning outcomes of Class X of Office Administration in Office Administration Productive Subjects in Garut Vocational High Schools, the related schools are Muhammadiyah Garut Vocational High School, Setia Bhakti Cilawu Vocational High School, Al Hikmah 2 Vocational High School, and Nuurul Muttaqin Vocational High School. This research was conducted to find out the effect of Pedagogic Competence and Teacher’s Teaching Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes in Office Administration Productive Subjects in Garut districts Vocational High School 2017/2018 academic year. This research used explanatory survey methods and questionnaires with a Likert Scale model for data collection techniques. The sample in this research are all members of the population, due to 32 productive teachers which is the relatively small population. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis and by hypotheses test obtained the conclusion that there is a significant effect of Pedagogic Competence and Teacher’s Teaching Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes in Office Administration Productive Subjects in Garut Vocational High School.
