    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan (PJOK) khususnya dalam pembelajaran senam lantai. Melalui Implementasi kombinasi pola gerak dominan dan gaya mengajar divergen dalam pembelajaran senam lantai di SMK Negeri 5 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi: perencanaan, observasi awal, perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan kelas X TGB 6 SMKN 5 Bandung dengan jumlah keseluruhan 36 peserta didik. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah catatan observer, catatan lapangan, dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dan pelaksanaan tindakan yang dilakukan terdapat II siklus, setiap siklus masing-masing terdiri dari III tindakan. Berdasarkan perhitungan tindakan setiap siklus, maka dihasilkan observasi awal 73%, tindakan I siklus I 77%, tindakan II siklus I 81%, tindakan III siklus II 86%, dan tindakan I siklus II 89%, tindakan II siklus II 91%, tindakan III siklus II 95%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan menunjukan adanya peningkatan.
    The purpose of this study is to improve the learning process of physical education and health (PJOK), especially in floor gymnastics learning. Through the implementation of a combination of dominant motion patterns and divergent teaching styles in floor gymnastics learning at SMK Negeri 5 Bandung. The research method used is the class action research method (CAR), the research procedures carried out include: planning, initial observation, action planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The sample in this study were male and female students in class X TGB 6 of SMKN 5 Bandung with a total of 36 students. The research instruments used in this study were observer notes, field notes, and observation sheets. The analysis technique used is a qualitative and quantitative data analysis technique. Based on the results of preliminary observations and the implementation of the actions taken there are two cycles, each cycle consisting of III actions. Based on the calculation of the actions of each cycle, the initial observations produced 73%, actions I cycle I 77%, actions II cycle I 81%, actions III cycle II 86%, and actions I cycle II 89%, actions II cycle II 91%, actions III cycle II 95%. Then it can be concluded that overall shows an increase.
