Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa Kelas X pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu Kreativitas Mengajar Guru, Minat Belajar Siswa, dan Hasil Belajar Siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kreativitas mengajar guru, minat belajar siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan Kelas X di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 70 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan gambaran kreativitas mengajar guru berada pada kategori tinggi, gambaran minat belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, dan gambaran hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Kreativitas Mengajar Guru (X1) dan Minat belajar Siswa (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa. ;---The study was conducted in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Problem aroused in research was the inadequacy of student learning outcomes (freshmen year) in archival subject in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung Office Administration Expertise Program. The study comprised three variables namely: Teacher’s Teaching Resourcefulness, Student’s Learning Interest, and Student’s Learning Outcomes. The aim of the study was to reveal the demonstration of level of teacher’s teaching resourcefulness, student’s learning interest, and student’s learning outcomes. Moreover, revealing the impact of teacher’s teaching resourcefulness and student’s learning interest towards student’s learning outcomes in archival subject of the freshmen year in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung was the additional primary focus of the study. The study employed survey method with questionnaire as the data collection technique. As much as 70 respondents were recruited to participate in the survey. The respondents were the freshmen of Office Administration in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Data analysis was done in double regression manner. Result of the analysis revealed the demonstration of teacher’s teaching resourcefulness was at the high level, student’s learning interest was also at high level, while student’s learning outcomes was at medium level. The hypothesis test result also discovered that Teacher’s Teaching Resourcefulness (X1) and Student’s Learning Interest (X2) affect Student’s Learning Outcomes simultaneously and significantly.
