Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya program kesetaraan paket C online (daring) yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Melati Jayagiri Lembang yang memberikan kemudahan bagi peserta didik di dalam mengakses proses pembelajaran dimanapun berada. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) menganalisis strategi pembelajaran individual melalui online (daring) 2) menganalisis kemandirian belajar peserta didik pada program kesetaraan paket C dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran individual melalui online (daring) 3) menganalisis faktor pendorong dan penghambat pada proses pembelajaran individual melalui online (daring). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah dua puluh enam orang, tiga orang merupakan tim pengembang dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, sepuluh orang tutor dan tiga belas peserta didik menggunakan kuisioner. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di PKBM Melati Jayagiri Lembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dari 1) Strategi pembelajaran individual melalui online (daring) terdapat opener, student expedition, purposive creative thinking (PCT), peer to peer interaction (P2P), streaming expert, mental gymnastic. 2) Kemandirian belajar peserta didik terdapat bebas bertanggungjawab, progresif dan ulet, inisiatif dan kreatif, pengendalian diri, kemantapan diri. 3) Faktor pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran dalam faktor endogen yaitu kondisi fisik, minat, bakat sikap mandiri, kecerdasan, motivasi, dan pada faktor eksogen yaitu pola asuh dalam keluarga, pendidikan dan bimbingan. Sedangkan, faktor penghambat proses pembelajaran pada faktor eksogen yaitu kondisi dan sikap masyarakat terhadap masalah pendidikan.;---This research is motivated by program of equality C packet organized by PKBM Melati Jayagiri Lembang that gives facility for student’s to access learning process from everywhere. The purpose of this research is 1) to analyze independent learning strategy by online 2) to analyze the independence of the student’s studying at equality C packet program by using independent learning strategy by online 3) to analyze the supporting factors and obstacle factors while using learning by online strategy. This research is using mix method. The subject of the research is twenty six people, three people are developer team that using a interview guidelines, ten people are teachers and thirteen using questionnaires. This research takes location in PKBM Melati Jayagiri Lembang. The data collect was used interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires technique. Finding item from item no. 1) learning by online strategy have opener, student expedition, purposive creative thinking (PCT), peer to peer interaction (P2P), streaming expert, mental gymnastic. 2) the independence of student while study have freedom but responsible, progressive and tough, initiative and creative, self control, and also self teadiness . 3) the supporting factors for endogen factors is the student`s physical, interest, talent self attitude, intelligent, motivation. For exogen factors is parenting at home, education and leadership. For the obstacle factors while study for exogen factors is the condition and action from society for educational issue.
