Abstract
Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatori survei , teori yang digunakan adalah teori perilaku organisasi Fred Luthans dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket menggunakan skala likert. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 guru bidang keahlian binsis dan manajemen di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi yang terdiri dari 3 bidang keahlian (Adminisreasi Perkantoran, Pemasaran dan Akuntansi) yang tidak melihat dari status kepegawaian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh kuat. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Guru The problem raised in this study is the not yet optimal performance of teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of Teacher Professional Competence and Organizational Commitment on Teacher Performance at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. This study uses the explanatory survey method, the theory used is the theory of Fred Luthans organizational behavior and data collection techniques used are questionnaires using the Likert scale. The total population in this study were 30 teachers in the field of business expertise and management at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi which consisted of 3 areas of expertise (Office Administration, Marketing and Accounting) that did not see the employment status. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The conclusions from the results of the research conducted indicate that there is an influence of Teacher Professional Competence and Organizational Commitment on Teacher Performance at Cimahi SMK PGRI 2 which simultaneously has a strong influence.
