Abstract

Mochamad Raihan Ramadhan (2019). Studi Ergonomi Layout Bengkel Kerja Program Studi Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor di SMK Negeri 1 Purwakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui kondisi layout bengkel kerja di program studi TBSM SMK Negeri 1 Purwakarta apakah sudah ideal sesuai dengan konsep ergonomi, untuk membuat layout ideal yang sesuai dengan konsep ergonomi dengan kondisi yang ada dan untuk membuat simulasi rombongan belajar setelah dibuatnya layout ideal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mencari tahu dan menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana kondisi layout bengkel kerja sudah ideal sesuai dengan konsep ergonomi, membuat layout ideal dengan kondisi yang ada dan membuat simulasi rombongan belajar setelah dibuatnya layout ideal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa standar bengkel kerja yang dimiliki oleh SMK Negeri 1 Purwakarta belum sesuai dengan konsep ergonomi, yang mana hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dimensi pit service dan tata letak pit service bengkel kerja TBSM SMK Negeri 1 Purwakarta masih belum sesuai dengan konsep ergonomi dan Pengaturan rombongan belajar peserta didik kelas XI TBSM 1 memerlukan 1 ruangan praktik, jumlah alat yang harus tersedia adalah 5 buah pada masing-masing tools dan SST. Jika kita hubungkan dengan jumlah peserta didik dalam 1 kelompok maka dapat dikategorikan sangat tidak layak. This study aims to determine whether the layout of the workshop in the TB study program of the SMK Negeri 1 Purwakarta is ideal in accordance with the ergonomics concept, to make the ideal layout in accordance with the ergonomics concept with existing conditions and to make the learning group study so as to make the ideal layout . This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out and evaluate or describe the ideal workshop layout in accordance with the ergonomics concept, make the ideal layout with the existing conditions and make a simulation of study groups so as to make the ideal layout. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the workshops standard of SMK Purwakarta 1 is not in accordance with the ergonomics concept, where the results show that the service dimensions and layout of TB workshops at SMSM 1 Purwakarta are still not in accordance with the concepts of ergonomics and student learning arrangements. class XI TBSM 1 requires 1 practice room, the number of tools that must be available are 5 pieces in each tool and SST.
