Abstract

Penyusunan Tugas Akhir (TA) ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah alat bantu rangka crucible untuk tungku penuangan tungkik di workshop FPTK UPI, serta untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan kontruksi rangka curcible. Pembuatan kontruksi ini menggunakan bahan ST37. Proses pembuatan komponen ini dilakukan melalui: 1) Proses hand grinding; 2) Proses drilling; 3) Proses las SMAW. Secara teoritis waktu yang dibutuhkan 3,68 jam dengan total biaya Rp.611.255,00 (termasuk biaya material). Adapun secara realistis waktu yang diperlukan adalah 4,51 jam dengan total biaya Rp. 1.024.300,00 (termasuk biaya material). The purpose of this Final Assignment (TA) is to create a tool for the framework of the crucible for the tipping pouring furnace in the FPTK UPI workshop, and to obtain a real picture of the time and costs needed in making curcible frame construction. This construction uses ST37 material. The process of making these components is done through: 1) Hand grinding process; 2) Drilling process; 3) SMAW welding process. Theoretically the time needed is 3.68 hours with a total cost of Rp.611,255.00 (including material costs). As for realistically the time needed is 4.51 hours with a total cost of Rp. 1,024,300.00 (including material costs).
